Save a life. It is
easy to register and to donate is relatively painless. Our bone marrow is the only organ we have that regenerates.
If you're aged 17-55 and are in general good health, a simple swab in your mouth will tell if you're a match and you could save the life of Margot or someone just like her.

Tragically,
Margot Martini (watch the video), has leukaemia and is fighting for her life. She was diagnosed on October 8th last year at 14 months old with an extremely rare form of blood cancer which has dual lineage - both Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) and Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML). The consultant haematologist told Margot's family that he has only seen three such cases in the last ten years. She had a stem cell transplant in March and has recently relapsed. The experimental treatment she is looking to now receive is a matter of life and death and they are moving to Philadelphia to receive it. GO TEAM MARGOT!
Due to her rare tissue type her parents ran a global campaign for people to register as donors. In the first 2 weeks of their campaign they received in excess of 12,000 new donors in the UK alone; to put this in perspective, this represents more than 1% of the existing UK stem cell donor database.
We are looking to continue this great work the Martini's have initiated and raise awareness of the how curable Blood Cancers are; it is a matter of getting people to
