If you know me then you'll know I lost my Nan, Dad and Grandad in the space of 6 years. Hospicare looked after my Nan and Grandad in their final days and I can honestly say they were cared for so well. The nurses and doctors were fantastic at caring for my Nan and Grandad but they also looked after the family as well. They were there day and night for us, whatever we needed they were there. Help, support, a hug or a cup of tea. Nothing was ever to much for them. I would run this half marathon as many times as I needed to make sure that other people receive the same level of care, compassion and dignity as my Nan and Grandad had.
