In 2026, I sadly lost my nanny at the age of 100 partly due to Alzheimers and Dementia.

I want to push myself physically in memory of my Nanny to prove that these conditions do not define a person. That the person we grew up with hasn't been lost and we should remember them in all their glory.

My Nan was my biggest supporter, and I know she'll be looking down on me cheering me on!
