Hello hello,

On May 25th I'll be running the Great West Run Half Marathon for FORCE Cancer Charity.

As my sister Ros quantifies everything in Flat White prices I'm doing the same here so please consider donating 1 Flat White (£3.50) to help fund these magnificent people at FORCE (Friends of the Oncology and Radiology Centre Exeter) who do such incredible work for those afflicted by cancer and their loved ones. It's something that's affected us as a family and will obviously affect many more as well.
