In May 2024 my dad was diagnosed with a rare form of dementia. A fast progressing neuro degenerative brain disease called behaviour varient fronto temporal lobe demential (bvFTD).

On the 17th May I will be running the Hackney Half marathon in aid of Alzheimers research.
