As a student, running made the biggest difference to my mental health - it allowed me to get outside, move my body and process all my thoughts and emotions 🧠
On top of that, being an international student, so far from home, meant some nights were spent wide awake, worrying about everything, going though the emotions, alone.
I’m so excited and feel so privileged to be able to run the Hoka Hackney Half marathon for such an incredible charity, London Night Line with the Running Late Run Club girls 💗🫂
