Story
In a moment of spontaneity (and possibly mild delusion), I signed up for a one day 100km (62 mile) ultramarathon.
With minimal training. And only a few weeks to go.
What could possibly go wrong?
To make this more than just a test of poor decision-making and questionable fitness levels, I’ve decided to run for a genuinely important cause.
Macmillan does a lot of work to help people living with cancer, those going through treatment, and those adjusting to life after it. Their support can be life-changing which makes thme more than a worthy cause to donate to.
So, if you can spare anything at all, it would mean the world to me. You’ll have my sweaty, exhausted, and deeply grateful appreciation too <3
(Nosewise will not be coming - we both just look cool as hell in this photo)
