Sunshine and Smiles provides true social value through family support and genuine opportunities for young people with Down syndrome. They provide lots of support although one of my favourites is the fantastic cafe and shop in Headingley (Cafe 21), run for and by people with Down Syndrome to offer training and work experience with the aim of creating job opportunities.

So when my good friend, Ailith, asked if I would run as many laps as possible in 24 hours at Endure 24 Leeds to help raise essential support how could I say no?

I'm a big runner but this is a serious challenge! A worthy one though. Any donation, no matter the size, would be greatly appreciated.
