I am racing/walking the 5K at the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 4:00 pm. FOR THE 1ST TIME! I am doing this run/walk in memory of my Big Sister LYNNE who passed away at the very young age of 65 in February of this terrible disease called Muscular Dystrophy!

My goal is to raise as much money as possible to Help others who are living and suffering with MD and to have The Ottawa Hospital help them in any way Mentally and Physically and through Research to Stop this terrible disease. My sister LYNNE may have passed but she will never be forgotten. She had a good life with family and friends and was truly loved by many and was taken away too early.

My Run/Walk is for Her and for Me together. I will listen to ABBA our Favorite music group. With your support (Big or Small) we can fight and hopefully find a cure for Muscular Dystrophy One Day.!
