i'll be running the Saucony 10K on 12 July to fundraise for Da’aro Youth Project. This is my third time fundraising for this incredible, grassroot charity and your continued support has made such a real impact on a cause that means so much to me.

as a reminder, Da’aro youth project is a small, community led charity in London supporting young refugees and asylum seekers from East Africa who arrive in the UK alone often after fleeing war, surviving dangerous journeys, and losing contact with their families from Eritrea, Ethiopia, Somalia and Sudan.

this organisation was created after several young people in the Eritrean community in London took their own lives. Da’aro Youth Project provides vital support: youth clubs, mentoring, crisis care, and most importantly, a sense of safety and belonging.
