Unfortunately I have witnessed the devastating effect cancer can have both in my personal life and in my professional career.

Force is a local charity close to mine and my partners heart as is it currently supporting a close family member through their ongoing diagnosis.

Force supports individuals by offering counselling, group sessions, complementary therapies, benefits advice, specialist physiotherapy and exercise guidance and other health and wellbeing support. The services are available to all cancer patients and their families.

After just welcoming our third child, my fitness has taken a back burner. I’m at least a stone over my pre- pregnancy weight and can’t even run up the stairs!

But I intend to raise as much money as possible for the charity and in turn run my first ever half marathon in May 2025.
