Well, as someone who can just about run a bath signing up to do a 10k is a massive goal for me. The reason I am undertaking this challenge is simply to support the amazing charity that is Wales Air Ambulance, which I am privileged to work alongside as one of the EMRTS Patient Liaison Nurse.
