My sister Susie is CEO for the amazing mental health charity U-EVOLVE and this year I am taking on the festive 10k run to support their incredible work.

U-evolve is a youth mental health charity and every year support in excess of 200 young people aged 11 - 21 years to improve their mental health and to feel better.

Right now there is a mental health crisis and young people need their help more than ever. Your support will help them to continue delivering impactful services providing individual and group support to young people in Edinburgh struggling with their mental health.
