So it's been four years since Elliot and I ran for Rowcroft and I decided it was about time to dust off my trainers and do it again. It also gives me something to aim for fitness-wise this year and it means that Elliot gets to encourage me to run faster and work harder rather than the other way around as per usual at football! It goes without saying what a wonderful charity Rowcroft are and the huge amount of time and care they put into helping people in the local area needs us all to support them. Most of us will know, directly or indirectly, someone that has had the care of the incredible staff and this is just a small way we can help them carry on that work.
