Story
At the beginning of 2026, I decided it was time to make a change and focus on my well-being.
I stepped out of my comfort zone and started running. What began as a simple challenge has become a meaningful way to clear my mind, manage stress, and build strength, both mentally and physically.
Through this, I’ve learned how important support, understanding, and empathy are values I explore in my Human Relations studies every day.
Now, I run not only for myself, but to raise awareness about mental health and support others on their journey.
I’m proud to support Upstream Ottawa Mental Health, because everyone deserves access to care, support, and hope.
