I am running the SPAR City of Preston 10k on 22nd September, and will be raising money for Baby Beat.

This charity helps fund equipment and care for mums and babies at Royal Preston Hospital.

Hannah, my sister, gave birth to a premature baby last year and the visits to see baby Emilia at the unit were a real eye opener to the 24hr support that is provided for the babies in the intensive care unit every single day.
