This summer, as team "The Slow and Injurious", we are stepping well outside our comfort zone to take on our very first ultra marathon: Endure24!

​Together as a duo, we’ll be running continuous 8km trail loops for 24 hours straight—day, night, and through the 3:00 AM delirium—living life one slow, sore lap at a time.

​We’re taking on the sleep deprivation, blisters, and aching joints to raise vital funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK. Dementia affects millions of lives, and we want to do our bit to help fund the breakthroughs needed to find a cure.
