Story

A very dear friend passed a while ago from a very rare form of cancer in the peritoneum. He was so poorly from Crohns disease that his liver couldn’t support chemotherapy. I would like to do something for him and the other people that may benefit from more research into cancer treatment.

I have been fund raising for him by completing the 'lockdown cardio challenge’- started in March 2020, running and cycling for 1,000 days with no days off! The chance to run for Macmillan would support this type of cause and fits in with what I love doing and that’s to race.

My aim is to go under 3 hours…!

Thanks for supporting my fundraising. Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes.
