thanks for checking my page out, well if you look at my picture about a year ago i was well over weight and unfit and things needed to change so I set myself a target and then when i reach that i was enjoying running so i decided to enter the Manchester 10k run and why not do it for a good cause so I've pick the NSPCC. so please donate something as little or as much as you want,
