On the 24th of March 2015, my good friend Jack Sanders passed from cancer. I know he and his family greatly appreciated the help received from the staff over the years on the young persons unit (QEHB) and always liked helping raise for Teenage Cancer Trust.

Our group will be partaking in the gruelling 'Wolf Run', a 10km off terrain run which should be a great day out with some great people raising some money for a great cause! 

Cancer has tried tearing the Sanders' clan apart many a time, but the incredibly strong family has pushed on shining with positivity, Jack was one of the best at this without a doubt, a truly inspirational young man.

My one goal now is to strive forward, with his energy within me, towards any challenge, reflecting his same bewildering positivity, to make him proud, and to put smiles on his family and friends faces. I hope our efforts at raising money for an excellent charity will help prevent any more familys' being put through the same.
