Bram and Josie's 4/4/48 Challenge · 5 March 2022

We’re Mind, the mental health charity, working across England & Wales. We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support & advice, & fight your corner. Thanks for fundraising for national Mind.

Story

Hi there gang!
We're going to be doing the Goggin's 4/4/48 challenge which means we'll be running 12 separate 4 mile runs (one every 4 hours) for 48 hours. That means we'll be running 48 miles in 2 days - the equivalent of just under 2 marathons!
The challenge won't just be physical but mental too as we'll be running in the dark, in the rain and probably in pain after so many runs but it's nothing compared to what so many people go through each and every day whilst struggling with their mental health.

Bram is a junior doctor with an interest in psychiatry as a future career and Josie is a sponsored skateboarder and youtuber. Like most people we've both had our own ups and downs with mental health in the past and really want support to be there for other people who are struggling.

That's why we're raising money for MIND - a British mental health charity which provides free counselling and therapy for those who need it!
We'd really appreciate your support as it's going to be pretty gruelling and we want to make as much of a positive impact as possible!
