Here we go again! Myself and Zoe are taking on another charity challenge for our two very important charities - a Sahara Trek in November 2023.

The five day trek will cover 100km through Morocco’s forbidding desert landscape punctuated by peaks, gorges, dunes and oases. At night, we’ll sleep under Africa’s star strewn skies, and be looked after by traditional Berber hospitality. 

I am raising money for Crohns and Colitis UK once again. I have been shocked over the last couple of years how many new diagnosis’s there has been since my son was diagnosed. The research needs to continue in order to finally find a cure for these horrendous diseases.
