Hi everyone,

We’ve stupidly agreed to do a 12 mile obstacle course called ‘Tough Mudder’ on the 21 Sept. By obstacles , I mean freezing cold ice/ water, mud-filled tunnels, monkey-bars and 10000-volt electric wires!   

It’s going to be horrible, but I am at least hoping to raise some money for an amazing development charity called Expand, that focuses on enabling education in Africa. I have spent time volunteering for this charity in the past (I'm now a trustee) and they really are a great organisation that achieves wonderful things!
