Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My beloved Dad Robert James Cooley sadly passed away on Monday 5th September 2022 from prostate cancer. St Francis Hospice were there for him and supported him throughout his 6 year battle with the disease. I want to raise money for the Hospice as a thank you for the exceptional care they provided my Dad.

Everyone that knew my dad knows how much he liked to dress up and more often than not, as a female character. Christmas also meant a lot to him and during our last proper chat he told me he wanted to have one more.

In honour of his memory and to try and bring some joy in what will be a very difficult Christmas without him. I am going to be running 10 miles every day in December dressed up in a different fancy dress costume.

I will be posting the running outfits on instagram @Cooley_Runnings.
