I am running the Redcar Half Marathon on Sunday 29 September with my Brother in-law David to raise money for the “The lullaby Trust”.

In March this year my 19 month old nephew Riley died unexpectedly in his sleep. Riley was a healthy and happy full of energy toddler who loved playing with his twin brother Ciaran, enjoying their daily adventures of growing up and exploring the world together.

The Lullaby helps families like David and his wife Donna who are trying to cope with the sudden unexpected death of their child. Typically people don’t know anything about such charities until either tragedy hits them or some one they know.
