We believe every blind veteran should be able to lead the life they choose. At Blind Veterans UK we’re one, transformational team. We provide rehabilitation, training, practical advice and emotional support. Together we can help rebuild lives.

Story

Hi folks,

thanks for visiting my donations page for the Blind Veterans Charity.  As most of you know, I was in the Army for just over 9 years and apart from the odd scrape I managed to get out in one piece.

However, not everyone is that lucky and the Blind Veterans UK help to give guidance and support to veterans as they adjust to their loss of sight and regain their personal independence. Whatever the level of support they need, they will work with them for the rest of their lives.

These men and women have all served their country and shouldn't have to deal with blindness alone.

I started off by signing up for the Prudential 100 but then people were so generous I thought I'd better do more for their money so I'm also doing the London-Brighton 100km walk.
