On the 10th December I will be taking part in the FFS fitness challenge to stand up to cancer. FFs are aiming to raise 50,000 EURO for the Irish Cancer Society.

My challenge is to complete 420 Sit-ups, 420 Squats and 220 stiff-arm Burpees in under 30 minutes. My target is to raise 500 EURO. Please help me to reach this goal by giving anything you can. No donation is too small. Thanks a million.
