I'm raising funds for Ariana Smiles. Brian's grand-daughter was diagnosed with leukaemia in November 2020 and is currently in the care of the Royal Marsden hospital in Surrey. She has had many forms of treatment there and this continues until March 2023, when hopefully she will be pronounced cancer-free. Only 3% of national cancer research funding goes towards childhood cancer research. This walk aims to raise funds for further research, facilities and care in this area.
