Challenge yourself to walk or run up and down every stairway in Vicarage Road Stadium - the equivalent of the empire state building! This year's event will include kids route and post event activities.

Story

I'm taking on the challenge of running up and down every stairway total of 1750 steps in Vicarage Road Stadium.I'm doing all this to raise money for Watford FC Trust's Shape Up programme - an adult weight management programme run for free to local people.

I got chance to take part in the shape up course and it has changed my life. losing weight, improving fitness, lowering blood pressure and in general being in better health, I only achieved this by taking part in shape up course and the efforts and support of the staff and other men on course and Watford fc sports trust providing it.

I want to raise funds so the course can continue and help others to improve their lives.
