Kristin and I are running the Brighton Trail Weekend Marathon at the end of June, that's 26 miles over the south downs, from Brighton, via the edge of Lewes, down and back up Ditchling Beacon before finishing in Stanmer Park.

I'd like to raise some money for Careers support West Sussex, they do an invaluable service, support those that support others. They were there when Mum and I were looking after my Dad through his Alzheimers. There are charities and scientific institutions looking into the causes and potential remedies for this awful affliction, but these guys are helping those at the sharp end.
