Dear All, I am taking part in this year’s 2022 Ride
London - Essex event. It is a massed ride of cyclists leaving the centre of London and this year for the first time going out into the Essex countryside in a wide loop and after 100 miles returning to finish at Tower Hill back in London.  I am riding on behalf of Macmillan
to raise funds for this incredibly worthwhile cause, the funds of which
will be used to help so many people and families who face such heartbreak. I would be so very grateful if you could help me reach my target of £600.
