Young people and vulnerable women are homeless in every town and city in the UK. 

Llamau work tirelessly to support these people and I’m pleased to help them raise much needed funds so they can continue their tremendous work. 

I’m running the Lulworth Cove Ultra which is 33miles and 7549 ft of climbing, the Pilgrims Way ultra ultra which is 60 miles and 7300 ft of climbing and the Swansea half marathon to raise a few quid for Llamau
