After a year of intensive training with top experts from JogScotland I am now ready to run in the Cumbernauld 10k.  I would anticipate a blistering pace and at least a podium finish.  Failing this a trip to Monklands General A&E!  I thought it might be a good idea to raise some money for Amnesty International in the process.  Cheers.  Brian
