September is National Recovery Month. Join thousands and set a goal to walk or run a certain distance during the month of September to raise funds in support of Teen Challenge of Southern California's addiction recovery program.

Story

Hey there Family and Friends. I am so excited to tell you about how good our God is. Today I am 6 years sober and fully delivered from my addiction to heroin and methamphetamines. I struggled for most of my life with the use of alcohol or drugs. 7 days after the passing of my younger brother Christopher, I broke down and acknowledged my need for help. I wanted to be a mother to my sons. I wanted to be sober and most of all, I WANTED TO LIVE! With God's grace and mercy, and the help of Teen Challenge, I finally was able to get my life back.

I'm walking to raise funds for Teen Challenge during September National Recovery Month. Funds raised through the Walk for Recovery will support the mission of Teen Challenge of Southern California to bring hope and healing to men and women caught in addiction. Please help me by supporting my campaign with a donation. I greatly appreciate your help and support!
