I thought after recent events in my life that it'd be nice to raise some money for a cancer charity that really helps families going through a very tough time in their lives. Any support we can give to this charity will be a great help and help them to continue their outstanding work.

I got round the amrathon in 4:26:47 on Sunday, and I'm still feeling it in my legs three days later!
