Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I may work at running pace but i am certainly no runner , and am well outside of my comfort zone. Still as Chairman of Medequip4kids you have to lead by example (but not necessarily from the front!) .This year is Medequip4kids 25th anniversary and since we set it up all those years ago we have raised over £12m for local hospitals all across  the North of England. As such , I thought it was high time to participate in one  of the events the charity organises.Hence my (non volunteered) entry into this years 10K run!
