We worship Jesus Christ as our living God and aim to see lives transformed as we work together to build our community. We are passionate about reaching out into the local Southcourt community and helping to serve people who need our help.

Story

UPDATE Jan 2021:  I've decided to keep this plea open as COVID has made the situation so much worse.

My church runs an awesome community support event called Bridge the Gap for which I help out with artwork and promo stuff. It serves the local Southcourt estate and the wider community. It runs alongside Trussell Trust, Amicus Trust, and with food from Tescos and Marks & Spencer, kind donations, and with a team of amazing volunteers, we are able to help feed needy folk. It is one of the greatest and saddest things I’ve ever been involved with. We are seeing more and more folk coming through the door each time.

If you feel like you would like to contribute, no matter how small, it will help us to carry on feeding folk for free!

Bridge The Gap is open to everybody, whatever their faith may or may not be. We need to use our church account as the collector for the donations but I assure you every penny raised ensures that Bridge the Gap is able to continue providing.

Thanks for taking the time to read my plea. And to friends already involved in BTG, can you please share this on your Facebook page etc, or make your own Justgiving page. Cheers guys.
