Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thank you for visiting our Just Giving page in memory of Peter Bridges. It is his family's hope, rather than sending flowers, that people will consider donating to one of two charities in Peter's memory.

As you may know, Peter had Parkinson's for many years. Over the years, this disease had a greater and greater impact on his life. Peter was a supporter of Parkinson's UK, and they also provided much support for him, especially since his move to Bristol. As well as providing support for people who have the disease, Parkinson's UK also provides research funding. This research investigates ways to make Parkinson's symptoms more bearable for people as well as looking for a cure.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the love and support we have received over the last few weeks. Peter will live on in our hearts and memories forever.
