We are both in a year leading to big birthdays and have decided to commemorate this by pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone by being pushed out of a plane!  Please do what you can and dig deep to help the Ukranians in their time of need.  All money raised will go directly to those who need it through the purchase of essential items which can be transported to the people within Ukraine.

We have all seen the news and the humanitarian crisis unfolding before our eyes in Ukraine. We have seen refugees leaving the country but still many remain and are in desperate need of help.

This is where the AB Foundation come in - it is operating within the country, to fulfil the humanitarian requirements for those desperately in need still inside, either trapped or not willing to leave their homeland.  Utilising on the experience of their volunteer team that have operated in Ukraine over the past 14 years, their considerable contacts within the country, their experience operating in high threat, expeditionary and disaster environments, their combined logistical and medical expertise they aim to have a transformational effect to help the people still within the country of Ukraine by providing them with what has been identified as most essential. Currently this is baby food and fruit but this is constantly under review.

The AB Foundation has local volunteer teams on the ground currently in Ukraine in the city of Lviv and also in Poland and are working with local teams to establish a supply route into Ukraine to be able to reach parts of the country that most will find difficult to reach.

Every penny you donate will go to the humanitarian needs of the Ukrainian people in Ukraine. The staff from The AB Foundation are all volunteers who give up their time and expertise freely to improve the livelihoods of communities around the world and make this planet a better place.
