Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So, I popped around to a friend's flat for a glass of wine and left with a date in the diary to do a triathlon!!

Now anyone who knows my family will be aware that activities of this kind is a normal part of their week. Not me. An occasional swim, an attempt to cycle to work and the odd jog around the park with the dog, but never one after the other. 

So, having committed I am excited to take this opportunity to raise funds for the charity Corali Dance Company.

Corali enables people with a learning disability to create dance performance work, build confidence and creativity, and challenge perceptions of disability.

I have worked with the company for the past 20 years and have had the privilege to work with truly exceptional individuals and watch them grow in talent and confidence to work together to create truly exceptional performance work. Please visit their website to be inspired:

Your support will help these dancers continue their professional development and enable them to share their skills and passion with other individuals with learning disabilities through their education and schools programme and create performances which will inspire you and me.

Last but not least I am doing this in memory of my brother Ben , who had Down's Syndrome and sadly passed away in 2015. A legend.
