We use the power of football to change lives across Sussex

Story

Brighter Outlook is an initiative run by Albion in the Community which helps people living with and beyond cancer to become more physically active.

The Brighter Outlook running group which meets weekly has encouraged these ladies, who have all lived or are living with cancer, to take up running as a pleasurable form of physical activity.  And they are loving it!

Back in November 2016 most of these ladies had never run other than running for a bus!  They are now half way through their journey to complete the BM 10k on April 9th.   They work hard, they support each other and they laugh a lot!

If you have a few spare pennies, please do throw them in the pot for these ladies.  They are all inspiring and amazing.  Help them encourage other people living with cancer to become more physically active.

Thank you.
