Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice. 

I want to support both suffers of dementia/ alzheimers and their loved ones through the days ahead. My grandad suffered through alot during his lifetime but alzheimers was the hardest on him and the family. Forgeting things about his life, forgetting his day and forgetting how to do daily tasks. Seeing the deteriation like this as a loved one is heartbreaking and can be difficult to watch.  For the individual it can be frustrating, upsetting and confusing. By supporting alzehimers society i hope to give support to families that need it whilst increasing an understanding of the disease and how to approach those going through it with empathy and understanding. ❤

Running 10k will be not nearly be as hard as  seeing or experiencing dementia but its going to be a challenge, please show your support however you can! ... I best get training , training updates to follow...
