Every so often, you hear someone say something which has a profound effect on you.  This has just happened to me - a few impactful words ignited a passion to do something way outside my comfort zone and it's got an added benefit which will enable me to do something that will make a difference.

So, I've just taken responsibility and made that 'thing' happen, striking whilst the iron is hot so I don't lose the strength in this moment of passion!

Wednesday 19 August 2020 I'll be strapped to the top wing of a Boeing Stearman biplane to experience the ride of my life!  Exciting and terrifying ... the roar of the 450hp engine and propeller in front of me.  If I'm brave enough on the day, there will be additional manoeuvres (zoom climbs and banks) on offer that I can add to the thrills.  Adrenaline hit will probably go off the scale.  I've been reminded that there will be some beautiful scenery to look at.  Note to self: remember to keep eyes open :)
