We are doing something crazy that will probably mean that I won't be able to walk for about a week!!

Myself and Aurelio will be cycling from London to Southampton on Sunday 11th September to raise much needed funds for the British Heart Foundation.  All donations will be gratefully received for this charity that does so much research into the prevention of heart disease.
