After being diagnosed with dementia a couple of years ago my grandad's memory and character slowly disappeared and we started to lose the Grandad I knew growing up.

It made me want to make a difference by, raising money towards ongoing research and supporting others that are suffering with dementia or facing a life changing diagnosis.

I have decided to participate in Bristol's Memory walk on the 21st of September to support those who are living with the disease including my grandad.
