This year, the Your Care office team are taking part in the Memory Walk to raise money and awareness for everyone affected by dementia.

Dementia is something that sits incredibly close to our hearts at Your Care. Every day, we meet amazing people and families who are living with the impact of dementia, and we see first-hand the love, worry, strength, exhaustion, laughter, tears and little moments that mean everything.

But this walk is personal for us too.

As a team, we have also loved and lost people ourselves to dementia, and we know how deeply it can affect a family. We know the heartache of watching someone you love change, the pain of missing the person they were, and the sadness that comes when they’re no longer here.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help make a difference and support vital work for people affected by dementia.
