Heart disease kills more than 150,000 people in the UK each year but research has shown that cycling to work can cut the risk of heart disease by a staggering 46 per cent. Supported by the British Heart Foundation we’re pledging to make Britain healthier by getting 250,000 more people cycling to work by 2028 and raising funds to support British Heart Foundation's research.
