*UPDATE*  After a challenging course, I am pleased to say that we completed the 13 mile Lake District Mighty Hike. The weather was good, met a lot of lovely people all trying to raise awareness and funds to support people living with cancer. Thanks to everyone for your amazing support and very generous donations. Emma and James are participating in the Lake District Mighty Hike (13 miles) on the 19th June 2021 ( not 4th sept as stated above) to raise money for Macmillan, to help those people living with cancer get the support they need at a time when it is needed more than ever.

The impact of Covid-19 has had a huge impact on those people living with cancer, with delayed screening and diagnosis, postponement, delayed or cancelled appointments and treatment. There are still many challenges ahead, but Macmillan are doing everything they can to help people living with cancer through the pandemic and beyond.
