Story

So some of you will have seen Brody’s Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/brodycraze/

Brody is 8 years old, he was born with Cerebral Palsy which is a form of brain damage. He has spastic diplegia which affects all of the muscles in his body but mostly his legs. Brody is going to have an operation in the next year at Great Ormond Street called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy - S.D.R. This will help reduce spasticity and improve muscle tone. It will change his life.

He will be able to ride a bike and run and keep up with his friends.

Brody & his family need to raise £34000 for his rehabilitation as this is not included on the NHS.

Not only did Brody’s mum & I grow up together, we shared an anxious few months of pregnancy too. Regularly bumping into each other at the hospital! It kind of goes without saying, Brody is the same age as the twins, so as a family we want to help him raise the money needed to support his operation & recovery process.

We have decided to do a litter pick as we can do two things in one go, raise money & help the environment.  If you make a donation & your local to Hedge End please nominate places for us to tidy! The more you donate the more likely it is will visit your suggested location!
