Story
As we come to the end of 2020, you could say that it hasn't been the best year..... but then again, we celebrated the births of four new baby girls - how fabulous! And how lucky we are as a family!
Its usually at this time of year that we think about others that are going through hard times. As per previous Christmases, we have contributed to a charity as a tribute to Oma and Opa . This year, we are contributing to refugees in Australia who have a tough time normally, let alone during the challenges of 2020!
The charity is the Jesuit Refugee Service, Australia.
Jesuit Refugee Service provides pastoral care to asylum seekers in detention, supports those living in the community with accommodation, English classes, job search, finance and personal care and lobbies the government for the implementation of humane refugee policies.
I know it has been a challenging year in many different ways for everyone, so whatever you can contribute, small or large, is very much appreciated.
